We Can Expect A New Fallout To Be Released Very Soon! [VIDEO]

While Fallout 5 may be a few years away (it’s almost certain that Microsoft won’t neglect the IP because it’s a well-known brand), there’s another project that fans of the franchise should definitely make time for.

No, we’re not talking about the live-action Fallout series Amazon is working on (that’s also a long-awaited adaptation), but Fallout: London. It’s certainly an unfamiliar name, but it’s a pretty serious project. It’s a new game that fans are building on Fallout 4, set in the British capital. The project has attracted so much attention that some developers have even been hired by Bethesda to work on it!

“As a departure from previous official titles in the series, Fallout: London does not take place in America. Visiting an entirely new setting allows us to explore entirely new cultures that are not homogenized with their American counterparts. It also allows us to explore pre-war European history and the effects of the Resource Wars on the class-based society of pre-war Britain,” the developers wrote.

The world will be original and there will be fifteen cities to explore. The story will also be completely original, with weapons, armor, enemies, buildings, side missions, characters, and secrets, so there’s a lot of new content for Fallout: London, which was delayed last year due to Starfield, the latest game from Bethesda Game Studios. But now it has a release date, as the developers have announced that it will be released on April 23rd.

Team Folon is now in a good position to present players with the results of years of hard work. On the one hand, there hasn’t been a chance to play a Fallout game in Europe, as we’ve only really been able to tour the post-apocalyptic future in the United States, and on the other hand, the Amazon series of Fallout games will give the project the outsized attention it deserves.

So Fallout: London will be released on April 23rd, and it’s worth grabbing a cup of tea before then.
