TECH NEWS – Huawei has become the third largest manufacturer of the global tablet market, achieving an annual growth of almost 51 percent in the second quarter of this year – according to the latest report of the market research company Canalys. The company has a total of 2.5 million shipped tablets worldwide between April and June, increasing its market share by 1.5 percent compared to a year earlier.
The result reflects Huawei’s technological progress in both software and hardware. The significant increase is due, among other things, to Huawei’s popular HUAWEI MatePad 11.5″S series, which debuted in May, and the innovative GoPaint digital painting application.
The company presented its smart products equipped with the most modern technologies, including the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5″S tablets, at a large-scale international event held in Dubai in May. The PaperMatte display of the MatePad 11.5″S models has significantly less glare and light reflection compared to traditional ones, and is also gentler for users. The third-generation HUAWEI M-Pencil stylus can be seamlessly paired with the device, making it ideal for students, professionals and creative users.
Huawei’s GoPaint application, as a result of three years of research and development, was presented together with the MatePad 11.5″S series with a wide range of realistic textures, brushes and digital functions. The application uses the advanced FangTian Painting Engine technology , which provides lifelike, lifelike effects, more vibrant layers and faster reaction time, enabling the easy realization of artistic ideas.
