The First Berserker: Khazan Has Gone Gold – Nothing Can Stop This Brutal Action RPG Now!

The wait is over for one of March’s most anticipated action RPGs. The ultra-violent The First Berserker: Khazan is officially locked in. Nexon and Neople have confirmed that the game has reached ‘Gold’ status, ensuring there will be no last-minute delays.

Among the most promising upcoming releases, this brutal South Korean action RPG—born from a fighting game franchise—has already won over a large audience. Nexon’s latest big gamble, The First Berserker: Khazan, generated massive buzz with its demo just two months ago. While most players assumed it wouldn’t be delayed, it is now official: the game has gone gold.

Although a last-minute delay would have been unusual given the March 27 release date, stranger things have happened. Now, as Neople works to impress a new audience outside its usual player base, fans can finally relax—The First Berserker: Khazan will launch as scheduled.

A Complex Combat System and Nearly 100 Hours of Gameplay

To celebrate this milestone, the developers have released a new trailer offering deeper insight into the game’s world and story. The First Berserker: Khazan transports players into a dark and unforgiving universe where action is at the heart of the experience. The game promises a gripping narrative combined with a deep combat system that will challenge players’ reflexes and tactical thinking.

While it’s not a traditional souls-like, the combat in The First Berserker: Khazan is all about precision and resource management. Players will need to master advanced mechanics like Brink Guard and Brink Dodge, allowing them to counter enemy attacks with perfect timing. However, the greatest challenge lies in managing stamina—depleting it leaves not only Khazan but also his foes vulnerable, creating strategic openings that can shift the tide of battle.

The game also stands out for its sheer content, especially within its genre. The main campaign is expected to offer around 80 hours of gameplay, highlighting the game’s ambitious scale. Additionally, the developers confirmed that the demo released earlier only covered about 5% of the full experience, meaning players have an extensive and rich adventure ahead.

Moreover, The First Berserker: Khazan will feature multiple endings and a New Game+ mode to provide an extra layer of difficulty. This not only showcases Nexon’s growing ambition to expand into Western markets but also solidifies its place as a serious contender in the RPG landscape.
