TECH NEWS – If everything is true, Xbox will launch a brand new console in a few months…

Xbox is reportedly launching new hardware this year! It’s rumoured to be all-digital, even though the company says it will still support physical media.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard about the console, which is said to be a white, digital-only Xbox Series X with some extras and fresh features.

Microsoft vs. During an FTC lawsuit, documents were leaked online. These introduced a new controller similar to the PlayStation 5 DuelSense, as well as a new Xbox console. The latter immediately attracted the attention of many due to its wild design.

The new console will be slightly smaller than its older sibling. It will be a more affordable option for those who want to experience the best Xbox games. But they don’t want to get into the traditional Xbox Series X. The new version is said to get some improvements compared to its predecessor. For example, an improved heatsink, as well as a new Nexus card, in addition to the different colours, of course.

The news comes after several announcements from Xbox boss Phil Spencer regarding the brand’s future. Amidst fears that the company will shut down in-house studios and stop console production in the coming years.

Although some Xbox-exclusive games will be ported to other consoles, Spencer made it clear that the company will continue to make consoles and respect and nurture physical media for the foreseeable future, despite this new Xbox Series X not being able to play discs.

It is not yet known when the new console will be announced. Or when they plan to show up. The most optimistic leak indicates “June or July”. But if we take previous years as a basis, there will probably be a big unveiling show, either earlier or later, sometime around the end of the year.
