A firmware, a broken PS4 and Sony asking money for repairs

Sony has some issues with customer service recently. This time, it’s the latest update, the 2.50 firmware that causes troubles for some PS4-owners: after installing the firmware not expecting anything unusual, the console might not be able to be booted at all anymore!

If that happens, Sony should be called – thought by one person, who ended up bricking his PlayStation 4. However, Sony asked for 150 dollars for repairing his console, plus taxes and shipping costs! If there’s something where Sony needs improvement, it is definitely customer service…
