Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’s pre-ordering program is now cancelled

Square Enix and Eidos finally realized that their pre-order program (which would have unlocked more extras as more pre-orders drop in, even making the game launch earlier in the final tier) received extremely negative feedback from the players, who pretty much all found the Augment Your Pre-Order a terrible move. After this, this program was entirely dumped into the trash can and we find this a step in the right direction.

So we don’t have to choose from our pre-order bonuses (like equipment packs/digital books/etc.), instead, we will get everything with just one thing: we have to buy, or pre-order the Day 1 Edition of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. The release date was also finalized – everyone will get to play the game from February 23, 2016, this is when Adam Jensen’s story wll continue.

From now on, we should just get rid of pre-ordering all around the publishers/developers to clean the gaming up a bit – this should be done as soon as possible. I never asked for this…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
