Holiday PlayStation commercial with Star Wars Battlefront

The United States is really getting neck deep into the holiday season with the Thankgiving and the Christmas days getting closer and closer. This means several games are coming out in the coming days and weeks just so players can have a huge variety of games to choose from. This also means commercials popping up, and this is what Sony did for the PlayStation 4.

Usually, this is where you would see the exclusives released recently or coming soon, but the PlayStation 4 has not a lot going on for it outside Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. Because of this, Sony has to rely on multiplatform titles, and so they did with Star Wars Battlefront, getting the focus in this commercial. This makes sense, because the console will even receive a limited PS4 bundle with that certain Darth Vader painting on the console.

2016’s holiday season should be okay though, because we might see several games out next year this time around: Gran Turismo 7? Horizon Zero Dawn? The Last Guardian? And so on…
