Life is Strange is receiving a physical release

Life is Strange ended on October 20 – well, the first game/season at least did; Dontnod is already planning a second one, and we have a quite positive opinion of the first game. Yeah, but what about those, who want to own the game in retail disc format? Thankfully, the French developers thought of these gamers, so Max and Chloe’s adventures can be put on the shelves shortly. Thanks, Square Enix!

However, the physical release is going to be limited. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will get the Limited Edition on January 19, 2016. The package will contain the game disc, the soundtrack (this will feature Jonathan Morali’s original score as well as the licensed songs), a 32-page art book with never seen before concept art, plus a developer commentary. This will cost 35 euros/dollars, depending on the region.

You can also get it on PC, but only in Europe – Square Enix has limited this release to Europe only, this is 25 euros.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
