Demon’s Souls for PlayStation 4? Very likely!

Bloodborne’s official Twitter account uploaded an interesting image – you can see that below this article -, which is very suspicious. You can see Bloodborne and its Old Hunters Edition on the image, but on the top of the pile, there’s a case of Demon’s Souls. What is the first Souls game doing on this image?

We think that Demon’s Souls, which was originally released exclusively for the PlayStation 3 in 2009 will receive a PlayStation 4-port. In fact, we’re going further: seeing how this is the only non-multiplatform Souls game (obviously not counting Bloodborne!), it might even be ported to the Xbox One and PC during the current-gen makeover.

If not, it’s still very possible to see Demon’s Souls on the PlayStation 4, which would keep the game’s PlayStation-exclusivity. The timing also seems very suspicious, because we’re just a week away from this year’s PlayStation Experience, which will be held in San Francisco on December 5 and 6. It looks like FromSoftware is preparing an announcement while they are considering Dark Souls III to be the finale of the Souls series.
