Cyberpunk 2077’s team gets stronger

CD Projekt RED named one of the key people behind Cyberpunk 2077 despite the fact that we haven’t seen or heard anything about it for a long time. This person is called Marcin Przybyłowicz – this Polish name will probably be unfamiliar, but we have to add quickly the fact that he was responsible for the soundtrack of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Geralt’s game had outstanding music. (And the game itself was quite good, too – no wonder it picked up several awards.) This announcement is a good sign.

However, the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 (announced in October 2012 no less) has been hiding for years is worrying. This situation will change shortly: the Polish team will move on to develop this game after Geralt’s second expansion (Blood and Wine) rolls out for The Witcher 3. The team usually works on one game at a time, and the expansion should be out shortly, so things are looking up for Cyberpunk 2077.

As Cyberpunk 2077 will play in a futuristic setting, we can’t wait to hear what Przybyłowicz will compose for this game.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
