Is The Scandal Around Ark: Survival Evolved Over Already?

Ark: Survival Evolved has been in trouble for the past few months, being part of an argument (and lawsuit) between two companies. Trendy Entertainment claimed that Ark’s devs, Studio Wildcard, has brain drained them while also taking assets as well.

Trendy wanted no less than 600 million dollars. This was mentioned by a co-founder of Wildcard, Susan Stieglitz on her Twitter. The amount of money that was paid in settlement to Trendy was leaked on Reddit and Imgur: Wildcard paid „only” 40 million bucks, which is still a large amount of cash. The settlement was done on Wednesday, according to Kotaku’s information. The end of the argument between the two developers mean that Ark: Survival Evolved, available on Xbox One and PC, will not be taken offline.

To sum up, and answer the question: yes, the scandal is now over, and the game will continue to be continually improving on both platforms, reaching more and more people.
