Sports games start to experiment with virtual reality. One of the early birds is NBA’s 2K series.

NBA 2KVR Experience launches today on PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Samsung Gear VR – the price is 15 dollars/euros. The missing device in this list is the Oculus Rift, which makes no sense, as Oculus created Samsung’s device…

In the introductory trailer, we see multiple game modes for a few seconds. There will be challenges as well! If you have always dreamed of trying three-point throws in virtual reality, then Take-Two will make your wish come true.

Still, this game isn’t a full-fledged NBA 2K title, especially because it’s called as an Experience, which is a way for developers to skip significant development and release a smaller game.

When will FIFA get a VR-adaptation?
