NieR: Automata: PC Release Date… Again?

Square Enix confirmed (again?) when PlatinumGames‘ title will be available on Steam.

One of the trailers said the PC port would arrive on March 10, which would be the same day as the European launch on the PlayStation 4. Unfortunately, that day has turned out to be false, as Square Enix will be handing a bit of advantage to people who decided to acquire 2B’s and the other androids’ story on Sony’s console.

When IS it coming out on PC, then? We’ll tell you: March 17. No more moving around of release dates, as Square Enix’s Online Store has listed that day, just before getting pulled off again. The publisher seems to be afraid of this platform…

We also learned that pre-ordering would net the players some cosmetic bonuses, which you can see below. 2B’s Valve accessory looks quite funny on her.

Anikó, our news editor and communication manager, is more interested in the business side of the gaming industry. She worked at banks, and she has a vast knowledge of business life. Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
