Pac-Man Maker: Is Bandai Namco Following Nintendo?

The publisher has trademarked two other games.

We’re not going to go into Code Vein here, as it got a separate article. Instead, we’re going to concentrate on Pac-Man Maker and Storm Wings. You can see their respective EUIPO trademark registrations here and here. On the NeoGAF forums, these games also got a topic.

Pac-Man Maker is likely going to be a Pac-Man-themed level editor, similar to Nintendo’s Mario Maker, but making the good old yellow Namco character the protagonist. It has potential if the basics are done right. However, Storm Wings is something more obscure than Pac-Man Maker. Going by its name, it could be the long-awaited Ace Combat 7’s subtitle, but the trademark could also mean a brand new IP and title as well.

As Bandai Namco hasn’t mentioned anything about these games yet, we just guess about them…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
