The reborn company is making another marketing move.
SNK – SNK Playmore – SNK. The three-letter company, which formerly tried to bring the arcade experience to everybody’s homes with the Neo GEO, now also has a mascot.
„Hi! My name is Enter-Girl. I’m official character of SNK Entertainment. I’m not good at English. But I’ll do my best to tweet it in English. I ❤ SNK’s game. Especially, my favorite game is KOF’96,95,97,98UM, AOF2,RBS & RB2. I hope you enjoy SNK’s game,” the tweets say in all their beautiful Engrish glory. (We couldn’t recognize RBS and RB2 – our guess would be that these are Fatal Fury titles.)
At least the company tries to socialize and get closer to its fans than before, which is an honorable move. (As another example, we do need to mention the Twitter profile of Sonic – sometimes, SEGA goes extreme and uses some memes as well.)
