Sony Offers A Free Game For New PlayStation Plus Subscribers!

Sony wants to gain more subscribers for its PlayStation Plus service with this move.

GameSpot reports that everyone, who becomes a new subscriber of PlayStation Plus via the PlayStation Store for a year (it’s 60 dollars) will receive a free game – but only in Europe. It is the Ultimate Edition of Star Wars Battlefront. The players will receive the game’s code five to ten days after subscribing, according to Sony. You can then download the game to play.

It’s not confirmed whether the whole world will participate in this deal, but the European region has been in the clear for the game. This version of Star Wars Battlefront contains the four DLCs, 11 extra weapons, and 24 upgraded Star Cards. The deal lives until June 30, it seems.

Unfortunately, active subscribers will not be getting the freebie…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
