It looks like the alpha test has started for this year’s Star Wars game.

DICE/Criterion/Motive might have taken a few pages out of Blizzard’s book, as we can replace the loot boxes with the crates, and the star cards could be also familiar from other similar games. We don’t have to say much else about the two videos below that show a bit of alpha gameplay, but they might just reveal how Electronic Arts plans to cover the costs of all the free DLCs. They will follow the Overwatch-route.

Star Wars Battlefront II is out on November 17 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It is going to be followed by Visceral’s Star Wars game, which received its second leak recently. You can read both on our website…
