Guerrilla Games’ Longtime Director Calls It Quits!

Steven ter Heide leaves the Dutch developer team behind after a dozen years.

Ter Heide wrote on Twitter the following: „After 12 years I have left Guerrilla to start something new. Being part of a studio that has achieved amazing things with Killzone, Rigs, and Horizon has been fantastic. I have been extremely lucky to have worked with so many talented and great people and have so many great memories. Starting up something new is going to be a big adventure that I am excited about.”

What did ter Heide do? He joined Guerrilla in 2005, shortly after launching the first Killzone. He worked on Killzone 2, 3, and Shadow Fall, and he was also the director of Killzone: Liberation.

Best of luck to him!

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
