Blizzard had confirmed when the next character (who we discussed in detail previously) would launch properly, aka outside of the PTR test servers, and on consoles.

The announcement was accompanied by a new video as well, so you can get another look at the fisting Doomfist in case you missed it. We also know when he will join the roster on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC: it is going to happen on July 27. A little more than a week, then.

Overwatch tries to continuously improve and add new content to keep the interest as high as possible. Blizzard’s team-based shooter can pull in millions of players, and with things such as new heroes and maps, they are on the right path as long as they also balance things out, too…
