Trailer Recap Before The Weekend Hits [VIDEO]

Multiple games get a short recap today.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins gets a new trailer, which is about the birth of the Brotherhood. There’s also a ten-part animated mini-series on Ubisoft’s YouTube channel, but we only embedded the compilation video. The series is called Tales from the Crypt. Do not take it seriously! Assassin’s Creed: Origins will launch on October 27 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. (The third video has some stealth gameplay as a bonus.)

Marvel vs. Capcom‘s next characters got a release date. Black Panther, Sigma, and Monster Hunter will all arrive on October 17. Separately, one character costs 8 dollars each, which is a hefty price… but then again, the 30-dollar 2017 Character Pack (which also contains Winter Soldier, Black Widow, and Venom) is somewhat cheaper.

Artifact 5’s game, Anamorphine uses the environment for storytelling, and it is going to support virtual reality headsets, too. The abstract game is launching this winter on PlayStation 4 and PC with PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive support. You can read more about it on the PlayStation Blog.
If you want to fight against 150 feet tall ogres, you can do so in Extinction. This Maximum Games/Iron Galaxy Studios game was announced in June, and it already has its box art ready before the Q1 2018 launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

DigitalFoundry created an analysis video about how much the RAGE engine improved just with the usage of the recent Red Dead Redemption 2 video. There’s no „plastic” look as was the case with the first one. The game’s out next Spring on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

ELEX received its fourth tribe introduction video. The new project of Piranha Bytes (Risen, Gothic) isn’t far from the launch anymore (October 17, PS4, X1, PC). This time, we see The Albs, who lost all their emotions after overdosing themselves with the ELEX, causing an addiction to it…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
