Horizon: Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds Gets A New Skill Tree [VIDEO]

The only Horizon: Zero Dawn DLC will be providing easier gameplay for looting, too.

GamesRadar revealed the new skill tree, which will include the following skills:

  • Mounted pick-up: Harvest and Loot while mounted
  • Shard Salvager: Deconstruct items without finding a vendor or dropping to make space in inventory
  • Expert Carver: Increases chance of getting rare loot
  • Hoarder: Increases inventory capacity
  • Dismount Strike: Players can leap off mounts to perform a devastating attack. This will kill smaller enemies and wound larger ones. Opens up when all Traveller skills are unlocked.

You’ll also be able to do snow angels in the snow, which could provide more opportunities for those who like to use the game’s Photo Mode.

On the PlayStation Blog, a new enemy type, the Scorcher, inspired by wolves (yet moving like a cheetah) was introduced. Its creation can also be seen on a video below as well. It’s going to be a fierce-y, dangerous character, which will require constant movement to survive.

Horizon: Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds will launch on November 7 for 20 dollars, or you might wait until the game’s Complete Edition, which will be available from December 5/6 (NA/EU) in physical format, too.
