Overwatch: A Step Closer To A Relaxed Experience

Blizzard is looking out for its community.

Overwatch, which brought back the Winter Wonderland event for the Christmas period, has multiple millions of players, which means there’s a bigger potential for toxicity within the community, ruining the experience for the other players in the matches. Thus, Blizzard is utilizing a new function that could change things a bit, or at least make the first step on this road.

Jeff Kaplan, the game’s director, told PCGamesN that the testing was over, and the reporting players won’t be getting emails anymore. Instead, they will now be able to report the „toxic” players within Overwatch, and if these people get enough reports, Blizzard will look into the situation, and ban them in case they keep up their behavior.

At least Blizzard doesn’t ignore the environment of its players…
