How Much Time Will It Take To Complete Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom? [VIDEO]

…and how will the PlayStation 4 Pro support it?

WCCFTech interviewed Akihiro Hino, the CEO and president of Level-5, the developers. In it, he said that without side quests, the game would take roughly FORTY hours to complete! Not bad! If we add the side content and the kingdom mode, it will be even more. The kingdom mode will require players to hire a team to build Evan’s (the protagonist’s) kingdom, which in return would unlock better accessories and magic. Hino also said that they haven’t decided about bringing over the first Ni No Kuni to PlayStation 4, but he’s happy to hear a lot of requests for it by the fans.

The reason why they bring II to PC is because other Japanese developers are successful on Steam, and it also allows more overseas (e.g., non-Japanese) players to play the game, which, if we go by its EULA, will have no Denuvo on PC! (Unless they add it just a few days before it releases…) Finally, the PlayStation 4 Pro support: Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom will have a dynamic 4K resolution (aka upscaling, and lower resolution for most parts), but the frame rate target is sixty frames per second. Hino also confirmed HDR on PlayStation 4.

Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, after multiple delays, will launch on March 23 on PlayStation 4 and PC.
