Hitman 2: Agent 47’s Adventures Continue [VIDEO]

Yesterday, Warner and IO Interactive revealed Hitman 2, and they also confirmed something that we have heard before…

In Hitman 2, Agent 47’s goal is going to be the elimination of the Shadow Client and his private militia in Miami, some rainforests, and other locations. As is the case with almost all AAA games, Hitman 2, which will not be episodic (it was possibly Square Enix’ idea then…) will be available in several versions.

The standard edition is 60 dollars/euros. The Silver Edition will cost 80, and it will contain the Executive Pack DLC, as well as access to the first expansion with new locations, missions, Sniper maps, costumes, and weapons. The 100 dollar/euro Gold Edition will effectively contain the season pass, as you’ll have access to both expansions when they release.

If you pre-order Hitman 2, you’ll get immediate access to the previously rumored, but now confirmed Hitman: Sniper Challenge, which is an online co-op game mode (it can be played solo, too!) that is standalone. If you pre-order the Gold Edition, you will also get four-day early access to Hitman 2, where, according to the press release, „when 47 learns the hidden truth about his past, nothing will ever be the same.” (The story will continue where the first „season” ended.)

Hitman 2 will launch on November 13 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Gold Edition owners can start playing from November 9.
