Ubisoft tries to hire as many greek actors as possible in order to provide authenticity in the voice-over section as well. Aside from this, PS4 users just got a free theme centred around AC: Odyssey.

There’s a general criticism against AC games for a long time now because most of the time the voice-overs in these games simply don’t match the setting and place represented in the given game. Basically, the voice-overs sound too American. Ubi is well aware of this criticism so they want to make sure that they hire as many greek actors as possible for voice-overs.

Ubisoft also released a free dynamics theme for PS4 that focuses on a Spartan man. All the icons and sound effects are new, as well as the background music. It’s all free and it’s available to download now for PS4 players.

Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey will release in 2019 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
