Fortnite Record Gets Broken… With A Bit Of Cheating! [VIDEO]

For a day, Fortnite was a little more peaceful than it usually it is… or at least, it could have been.

Epic Gamesfree-to-play battle royale game (which is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and even the mobile platforms) saw its rocket launched, which made several players focus on the rocket instead of getting rid of the competition. In fact, there was collaboration for building a giant ramp to see the missile as clear as possible.

The whole event was ruined for some players by someone running under the name Elemental_Ray, who destroyed the ramp, resulting in 48 (forty-eight!) players dying. With it, this person broke the record of highest kills in a match for a solo player. The irony is in the way Elemental_Ray died: by the destruction of the ramp that they stood on…

The video below has the rocket launch at around 03:50, and while breaking the record was an interesting fight, it was a little under that belt, wasn’t it?

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
