Diablo Also Heads Towards Comics!

Titan Comics has announced/released multiple franchise’s comic book adaptations (Bloodborne or Sea of Thieves, to name just two of them) this year. Now, it’s Diablo‘s turn!

Titan and Blizzard confirmed that the franchise, which started in late 1996 on PC as an isometric action-RPG, will have a comic book adaptation set in its universe. The mini-series’ writer will be Marv Wolfman, and its illustrator will be Piotr Kowalski. As with Life is Strange, Diablo, which is semi-officially have the next game at Blizzard in development, will also have four issues. (It’s time for a new game, though – Diablo III came out more than six years ago, and now it has over 30 million sales.)

The series will launch sometime this year, and although we have no other information about the project yet, Kowalski has released two character sketch images. Both are close to nailing Blizzard‘s art style.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
