Baldur’s Gate and other RPG classic put a date to its release on consoles [VIDEO]

Icewind Dale, Planescape: Torment and Neverwinter Nights prepare to land in Xbox One, PS4 and Switch.

The Beamdog team has unveiled the release date on consoles of the legendary Baldur’s Gate and other great RPG that achieved fame on PC in the last decades, being, therefore, a unique opportunity to enjoy in PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch some of the best role playing games in the history of video games.

Both Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition as its sequel, Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition, will be available in a pack to be released on 24 and 27 September in North America and Europe respectively, including all additional content and new missions of their remasterization. It will do it in time to celebrate the 20th anniversary of this legendary saga which gave life BioWare, and it seems now will feature a long-awaited Baldur’s Gate III in charge of Larian Studios.

At the same time, another pack will debut with Icewind Dale and Planescape: Torment. The first will also include its expansions as well as new content created expressly for his remastering. Finally, the famed Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition will be sold on 4 and 6 December in North America and Europe respectively.
