Rockstar would be working on an open world Triple A game for virtual reality

LA Noire The VR Case Files studio claims to be involved in title development.

Grand Theft Auto VI is under development. This is an open secret, but what was not so well known is that Rockstar would also be working on an open world Triple A game for virtual reality. Through LinkedIn, the Video Games Deluxe studio in Sydney, responsible for LA Noire: The VR Case Files, has offered an update on the state of the studio to remember that they have open jobs, but not before pointing out that they work on this assumption Rockstar game.

“After finishing the critically well received LA Noire: The VR Case Files, we are gearing up for a new project, an open world Triple A VR title for Rockstar, ” begins the study posting available on LinkedIn. “2020 marks our seventh year working exclusively for Rockstar from Sydney, and we are excited to tackle this innovative project.”

After this, Video Games Deluxe reminds its followers of the employment network that they are hunting for new workers for the project in their Sydney offices. From experienced programmers to engine experts, designers and animators. But that does not mean that all eyes are on the first part of his message, where, apparently, Rockstar prepares a great open-world adventure designed for virtual reality.

With the premiere of Half-Life: Alyx this year, virtual reality has made great strides in terms of the immersion and realism its worlds offer. And with a new generation of consoles just around the corner, it seems Rockstar Games wants to be the next to deliver an experience that engages gamers. Since the main company have not yet spoken about this title, and from what appears from the LinkedIn post, it seems that it will take a while to know it.
