New Iron Harvest 1920+ Details And Trailer [VIDEO]

The finals of the Iron Harvest tournament will be held at Gamescom next week. Now some details about the strategy game based on Scythe.

Deep Silver and King Art Games have published a new trailer for Iron Harvest 1920+, the real-time strategy game that transports us to the Europe of an alternative world located at the beginning of the 20th century. This video delves into the details of the game’s history, which will play a very important role in its development, as claimed by its creators.

The new game footage features the Polania, Saxony, and Rusviet factions and their heroes who, they say, “are increasingly entering an evolving conflict.” In addition to gameplay focused on strategy, it seems that the narrative will also have importance in the development.

Gamescom will host the first Iron Harvest esports tournament.

Along with the new video, King Art has taken the opportunity to announce that the next Gamescom, which will take place from August 27 to 30, will hold the finals of the game’s esports tournament; a competition that will be broadcast on Twitch and that, during two days of group play and one in playoffs will bring the first Iron Harvest champion.

Iron Harvest itself comes to PC on September 1st and is based on the board game Scythe, set in the same universe. There will also be a PS4 and Xbox One version of the title, which will be released later, at an unknown time.
