Far Cry 6 is soon out next month in October, and Ubisoft has decided to get Giancarlo Esposito and make some funny videos with him as part of the game’s marketing.

 

A lot of gameplay has been shown regarding the game, but the publisher decided to do a bit of a different type of marketing. Giancarlo Esposito, who plays Yara’s “El Presidente” Anton Castillo, answers fan mail, deconstructs guerrilla weaponry and offers gameplay tips to the players.

Although those gameplay tips seem to mostly benefit his regime, and are tongue in cheek. States things like the fangs for hire will just run away after getting tired, or getting in to a tank will just explode and kill Dani. Last but not least him stating that the Resolver Packs are just squirt guns and do not work is hilarious.

He also has in another video reading out fan mail, finally putting to rest the rumour that Diego is just Vaas from Fary Cry 3 and also dissembles a flamethrower than puts it back together while criticizing each other part for being cheap and barely useable.

Far Cry 6 is out on October 7th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Google Stadia.
