Red Dead Redemption 2’s Arthur Morgan And The Last of Us’ Joel Collaborate On A Video Game

That is, the actors playing the characters, Roger Clark (Red Dead Redemption) and Troy Baker (The Last of Us), have posted a photo of themselves in motion-capture dress.

It’s been a tough few months for fans of Rockstar, the company behind Red Dead Redemption, or Naughty Dog, which made the world-famous with The Last of Us. After such box office and audience success, it’s fair to wonder what the big-name developers are up to now. For now, we’ll have to settle for a GTA remaster in the first case and an HBO series in the second.

However, an innocent image has recently inspired fans of both developers. Roger Clark and Troy Baker are seen together in a photo posted on Instagram. The former plays Arthur Morgan in Red Dead Redemption 2, while the latter was Joel in The Last of Us and The Last of Us: Part II.

The photo looks like they are working on a game together, and they are both wearing the motion-capture costumes so typical of big-budget productions. In a comment below the post, Clark praises Baker, saying how talented he thinks his colleague is, but also leaves us a few hashtags to confirm that they are indeed working on a game.

Was going to say something funny, but honestly, it was a joy to work with Troy Baker and witness first hand why he is one of the best in the business.”

His talent, application, experience and intelligence helped make this project a very rewarding experience. Can’t wait to show you all what this amazing team did,” reads the post.

No further details are known about what this collaboration might bring, though some are rumouring new content for the prequel to Rockstar’s western. Work has reportedly been completed, and the message suggests we won’t have to wait much longer.
