Gameplay Of Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong Has Been Unveiled! [VIDEO]

The new Vampire: The Masquerade game is scheduled for release on 19 May for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC.

While many vampire stories, in particular, are rooted in their bloody and deadly tendencies, Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong will showcase a prequel that will appeal to RPG fans. Through a story that illuminates the abilities of vampires in the context of the crime/thriller genre, the game’s creators give us a first glimpse of what’s in store for us in this mysterious title.

Three vampires will be in control of the game: Galeb, Leysha and Emem.

At the end of this article, you’ll find the first gameplay trailer for Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, which, in addition to the usual action sequences and conversations, also features the expected moments where our supernatural powers prove to be extremely useful. We’ll be in control of three vampires (Galeb, Leysha and Emem) whose unique abilities will allow us to find the perpetrator of an unexpected attack on the Boston Camarilla.

In this sense, each character has a Discipline: Galeb can turn others into his puppet, Leysha can hide her presence, and Emem can reach seemingly unreachable places. In addition, the game also offers the possibility to develop skills such as persuasion or the ability to pick computers and locks. The price of supernatural moves is, of course, an increase in our hero’s bloodlust, so we have to replenish our energy by consuming human blood unwittingly.

The announcement of Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong has attracted a fair number of players, so it’s no surprise that the repeated delays have been a bit of a disappointment to the community. Now, however, the game is set for release on 19 May, leaving only a few weeks to experience a more sophisticated vampire adventure that departs from popular clichés.
