Bruce Willis and John Travolta Back on Screen in Paradise City Trailer [VIDEO]

MOVIE NEWS – The stars of Pulp Fiction and Hollywood icons Bruce Willis and John Travolta reunite in the newly released trailer of the action film Paradise City. Paradise City, courtesy of Saban Films, features Willis and Travolta doing what fans love: brandishing guns and having witty dialogue, the former playing a bounty hunter and the latter a ruthless power broker. Watch the Paradise City trailer below.

“When bounty hunter Ian Swan (Willis) is shot and presumed dead after disappearing in the waters off Maui, Swan’s son Ryan (Jenner), his ex-partner (Dorff) and a local detective (Lundberg) set out to find the killers” em> – can be read in the official synopsis of Paradise City. “After being threatened by a ruthless power-holder (Travolta), Ryan and his team seem to have run out of options,” the synopsis adds, “until a trip to the heavily guarded island community of Paradise City brings them together brings them with an unexpected ally”.

So Bruce Willis vs. John Travolta: the pair appeared together in the 1994 film Pulp Fiction, in 1989 in the movies No One Speaks, and in 1990 No One Speaks Now.

“Are you dangerous?” Travolta asks Willis in the recording. “Not to my friends,” Willis replies. “Well, that’s a shame, because I have enough friends” replies Travolta coldly. Bullets, threats and jokes are expected to fly. Of course, the last time Willis and Travolta went head-to-head, Willis came out victorious. Time will tell who comes out of Paradise City better.

Directed by Chuck Russell (The Mask, The Eraser, I Am Wrath) and written by Corey Large and Edward John Drake, Paradise City stars Willis and Travolta alongside Praya Lundberg, Corey Large, Stephen Dorff, Blake Jenner and Oliver Trevena.

Bruce Willis recently retired from acting

Sadly, action superstar Bruce Willis recently retired from acting after being diagnosed with aphasia, which causes language and speech difficulties. Rumer Willis, the eldest daughter of actor Bruce Willis and actress Demi Moore, has since informed fans of the legendary actor via social media.

“To Bruce’s wonderful supporters, as a family, we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has health issues and was recently diagnosed with aphasia, which affects his cognitive abilities,” she wrote on social media back in March. “As a result, and with great consideration, Bruce is stepping back from a career that has meant so much to him. This is a truly challenging time for our family and we are so grateful for your continued love, compassion and support. We are moving through this as a strong family unit and would like to to involve his fans because we know how much he means to you, as you mean to him. As Bruce always said, ‘Live it up,’ and that’s what we plan to do together.”

Paradise City is scheduled to hit theaters on November 11, 2022, distributed by Saban Films.
