Twitter’s Transition To X Is Hard, While Musk Sets Big Goals [VIDEO]

Twitter (or X… but not everyone calls it that), Tesla, and SpaceX owner has let Kanye West (Ye) back on his social platform, which has yet to make sense of its rebranding.

Elon Musk suspended Ye’s Twitter account in December because he believed he was inciting violence, but added that pictures of him encouraged him to lose weight. It is now confirmed that the suspension on his account has been lifted, allowing him to use the site again. On the freedom of expression of tweets (we won’t call them Xs, that makes no sense!), he pointed out that it is not the same as the freedom of reach for controversial messages.

Before Kanye West’s suspension, we saw anti-Semitic rhetoric from him and his support for Donald Trump. In October, Adidas terminated a one-and-a-half billion dollar deal with his brand Yeezy, of which he received five hundred million dollars in royalties and marketing through to 2020. The company also immediately stopped manufacturing Yeezy products. Gap and Foot Locker left the rapper behind, too. Late last year, his social media ambitions were dashed when he and the right-leaning Parler agreed not to pursue an acquisition of the rapper after an agreement in principle was reached in October between them.

Last year, Twitter had around 368 million monthly active users, but Musk said that it had set a record with 541 million after removing a significant number of bots from the site. In the first video below, Musk talks about his 22-year plan to make X the most valuable financial institution, and that’s why he’s going through this rapid transformation. It’s so superficial that on this page, although the logo is new, the header text still openly calls the site Twitter, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

The new logo was placed at the company’s headquarters after it prevented a building inspector from getting on the roof on Friday and Saturday, so a fine seems to head Musk’s way. They could also be looking at a lawsuit for damages. According to a trademark lawyer who spoke to Reuters, there is no way there won’t be a lawsuit against the company. And internet access is limited, as the domain X.com has been banned in Indonesia because it used to be used for gambling and pornographic content, and 24 million people are unable to access the site, according to Al Jazeera.

And it is hard to that the user who used to register with the @x handle was deprived of it and that Gene X Hvang, the photographer living in America, had to choose another handle (@x1234567998765), writes TechCrunch, and the compensation from Musk was to give him merchandise and a company visit…
