[ND 2026] Warhammer 40K: Space Marine II: The Hit Streak Continues on Switch 2!

It was expected: Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment have not only ported SnowRunner to Switch 2, but are also planning a more popular game for Nintendo’s hardware.

Take on the superhuman abilities and brutal power of the Space Marines. Unleash our deadly abilities and devastating arsenal to destroy the relentless Tyranid swarms. Defend the Imperium in a spectacular third-person action game, whether in single-player or multiplayer. As Lieutenant Demetrian Titus, fight humanity’s enemies in the sequel to 2011’s Space Marine, and prove our loyalty again after being accepted back into the ranks of the Ultramarines. Keep the horrors of the galaxy at bay in epic battles on distant planets, and uncover dark secrets to push back the eternal night. Dive into a war on a galactic scale. Enjoy intense, bloody, fast-paced third-person action with hundreds of enemies on screen, and wipe out the relentless Tyranid swarms with Saber’s trademark Swarm Engine.

Throw ourselves into endlessly brutal and replayable PvE and PvP modes with our own Space Marine, unlocking more new abilities and cosmetic items the more we play. Fight as one of seven unique classes, unlock up to 25 abilities for each class, add perks to every weapon, and customize our appearance with a huge selection of armor and weapon cosmetics. Battle through endless waves of Tyranid and Chaos assaults, and fight to survive as long as possible in the ruthless three-player Siege mode. Collect points with each defeated wave and spend them on ammunition, equipment refills, Medicae Stimms, and much more, or use them to summon reinforcements such as Cadians, Space Marines, or the mighty Dreadnought.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine II was released on September 9, 2024, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. The Nintendo Switch 2 port will launch sometime toward the end of the year, and since the game became a massive success, with the third installment already announced since then, it is not impossible that it will achieve strong results here as well.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
