We won’t be left behind even in the middle of the summer, when it comes to video game releases. Although this is the time of the year, where the pace slows down a lot, it seems to change recently, as proven by several other games as well as The Swindle, which is being developed by Size Five Games. Curve Digital, the publisher of the game has announced that this game will be released on July 28 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita as well, so all Sony platforms are covered.

But what is The Swindle about? It is a sidescrolling game, where we can take control of a thief. It doesn’t say a lot, to be honest, but the quirk of the game is that our character can hack into the security and its equipment in order to turn these against the guards and their flashlights. Or simply blow the roof on some poor souls. In the video below, one of the devs – Dan Marshall – is playing and commentating at the same time. That’s not an easy thing to do, but the video’s still a good preview of the upcoming game…
