Firewatch – 17 minutes of gameplay [VIDEO]

Henry is back again: the guard of the fire tower is still waiting to get into our hands, but we can now see more of his adventures as 17 minutes of gameplay was unveiled of Campo Santo‘s upcoming game. We can safely say one thing about it already: audiovisuals-wise, Firewatch is very enjoyable! We’d watch more of Olly Moss’ style, to be honest.

IGN First seems to give their all in the last days of 2015, because yesterday, we wrote about their Mafia III video, and now Firewatch was presented by them as well. That means this video includes some developer commentary, too. 1980’s Yellowstone Park has a first-person adventure game for us with a slight twist added to it. We are almost entirely cut off from the outside world, the only thing that is in our possession as a connection to it is just our walkie-talkie as the only way of communication. Being alone can be good!

Thankfully, the release date isn’t far away, because Firewatch is going to release on February 9, 2016, on PlayStation 4 and PC.

Anikó, our news editor and communication manager, is more interested in the business side of the gaming industry. She worked at banks, and she has a vast knowledge of business life. Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
