Hello Games Reveal Their Next Plan

No Man’s Sky’s developers start up something new.

VentureBeat writes about Hello Games creating Hello Labs, which would be providing funding and support to other indie game studios that are working on procedurally generated titles, similar to No Man’s Sky.

Sean Murray says that the inspiration came during and after the launch of No Man’s Sky when Hello Games got a lot of negative reviews, as well as even death threats. „I know what it’s like on top of that with No Man’s Sky: to do something new and weird and experimental [while] also running out of money and trying to finish something you care about creatively,” he said.

Hopefully, Hello Labs will not be as a large crossfire as Hello Games was in August and the next months after when No Man’s Sky was released…

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
