Gungrave VR Gets Release Date [VIDEO]

Sony pushes the PlayStation VR actively in its local market, Japan, and it’s proven by the trailer below, which shows the upcoming games with their release dates. It includes Gungrave as well, which initially launched on the PlayStation 2 – the VR-adaptation is going to be a remake of the original, although its story is going to go further than the sequel (Gungrave: Overdose). The game was announced around this year’s Tokyo Game Show – the development could have been in an advanced state by September.

Although the video is Japanese, it’s confirmed that Sony will be bringing the game to the PlayStation Experience, and Gungrave VR is also planned to launch on the Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive shortly. The „dynamic shooter” is all but confirmed to be available in English.

The Japanese release date is December 14.
