Strange Brigade: Rebellion’s Co-Op Shooter Gets A Release Date [VIDEO]

The team, known for games like the Sniper Elite series, finally named when their next game would launch.

Let’s get the usual pre-order bonuses and the Collector’s Edition contents out of the way first, though. If you pre-order the game, you’ll get the Secret Service Weapons Pack, containing the Gerhig-Delgane S1, the Wilkers & White P19, and the Stoudenmire 960.

There will be a Digital Deluxe version, too, but it only contains the Season Pass on top of the game. The Collector’s Edition is a little more exciting than the previous edition: on top of the pre-order weapons pack, you’ll also get a 64-page art book, a ~30 cm build your airship kit made from cardboard parts, a steelbook, and a collector’s edition box. (No Season Pass…?)

Strange Brigade is going to be set in 1930’s Egypt, where up to four players can play cooperatively. The game will have magical powers, powerful prototype weapons, traps, and „one gripping adventure!” There is a good reason why Rebellion named their game as such.

Strange Brigade will launch on August 28 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Seteki, the Witch Queen, must fall.
