Previously, we wrote that the game’s Blackout mode didn’t get a player number decision yet. Since then, Treyarch might have given a number…
We saw an image on WCCFTech, which is possibly from Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII. On it, we can see that Blackout, the game’s battle royale mode, could support up to sixty players, which, let’s face it, is lower than what the rivals already available on the market (such as Fortnite: Battle Royale or PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) offer!
However, the player number hasn’t been confirmed yet, and the photo itself could be a hoax, but still, it is an exciting approach. If it’s not fake, then DICE, who announced at E3 that Battlefield V would also get a battle royale mode post-launch, could respond to Treyarch’s decision for their World War II FPS…
Call of Duty: Black Ops IIII will launch on October 12 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
