Yakuza Kiwami 2's Demo Is Now Available [VIDEO]

Let’s hope that SEGA doesn’t screw up this time as they did with Yakuza 6: The Song of Life…

In the Spring, the Japanese publisher managed to accidentally make the full game available as a demo, which was quickly fixed. Still, it’s an occasion where all we can say is GG. The second Yakuza’s PlayStation 4 remake is also available before it launches – you can already find the ~10GB demo on the PlayStation 4. It allows Kazuma Kiryu to look around Kamurocho, or visit The Grand, Goro Majima’s old location. You can also have fun with golf, karaoke, or darts if you are not into kicking the crap out of people. (However, aside from the in-depth story, that is mostly what Yakuza is about, to be fair…)

You can also pre-order Yakuza Kiwami 2 on the PlayStation Store. If you do so, you’ll get a PlayStation 4 theme. There’s also a limited-time special digital edition, which contains the game, as well as the Special Items pack (Demonfire Blade weapon, hostess Ono Michiyo, Sotaro Komaki R Clan Card, Jo Amon R Clan Card, The Comedian Suit Outfit, 1 Million Yen).

Yakuza Kiwami 2 will launch on August 28 in the West on PlayStation 4.
