Just Cause 4: An „Interactive Map” – Four Different Regions In The Game!

Avalanche‘s game tries to garner attention in a different way, too.

Just Cause 4 is going to be set on a „vast,” South American island nation, with a 1024 square kilometre (32×32 kilometres) region, offering different natural areas as we walk/fly/drive around Soils.

The four biomes will have significant differences. There’s a snowy mountain, some hills, rivers, water, as well as a drier, desert-like region, and the capital, Nueva Voz, is set on the southern coast of the island.

There will be more land and less water than before – on paper, this thought sounds good, but we don’t know if we will ever run into the classic thing called the invisible wall, which is annoying as it limits you from discovering the region. However, we can somewhat look around already, as there’s an „interactive map” if we click on the „launch map” on this site. (Quotation marks used intentionally – a sound clip, an already seen before video and a screenshot is not interactive.)

Just Cause 4 will launch on December 4 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Still, she likes puzzle and story-oriented games, like Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, which is her favourite title. She also played The Sims 3, but after accidentally killing a whole sim family, swore not to play it again. (For our office address, email and phone number check out our IMPRESSUM)
