Mortal Kombat 11’s Kombat Pass’ Remaining Characters Include Major Guest Characters! [VIDEO]

We have officially seen a few characters already in Mortal Kombat 11‘s first season pass (also know as Kombat Pass), but a few of them weren’t revealed… until now.

Shang Tsung was already confirmed before Mortal Kombat 11 even launched. Nightwolf is also a predictable name on the list, and he is already available on all four platforms (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC). However, from the remaining four characters, three of them are guest appearances, and they are quite surprising. Perhaps we might have discussed a few of them when they were rumoured a few months ago…?

„The Terminator T-800 from Terminator: Dark Fate [this is the newest Terminator movie, due to debut in US cinemas on November 1 – the ed.] is a cyborg assassin, sent back in time from a post-apocalyptic future. He is nearly indestructible and possesses superior technology, fighting skills and artificial intelligence capabilities making him the ultimate killing machine. The Terminator T-800 in Mortal Kombat 11 will feature the likeness of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

DC’s The Joker is one of the greatest Super-Villains of all time and a popular culture icon. Ruthless, incredibly dangerous and reveling in creating chaos, The Joker brings a deadly and unpredictable combat style to Mortal Kombat 11,” Warner‘s press release says. That’s weird, they seem to have forgotten Sindel (who might be familiar if you have played previous Mortal Kombat games), as well as Todd McFarlane’s creation, Spawn.

NetherRealm and Warner already announced the characters’ respective release dates: Terminator T-800 will debut on October 8, followed by Sindel on November 26, Joker on January 28, and Spawn (who previously had a guest appearance in Soulcalibur II) on March 17, respectively. With these characters, NetherRealm is taking the guests seriously.
