Will The Second Season Of The Witcher, Based On The Faerie Blood, Have Enough Monster Fights?

MOVIE NEWS – This Witcher season is based on the novel Blood of the Elves, which does not have too many monsters.

If you missed monsters and battles in the first season of The Witcher series, its new episodes would seek to quench your thirst for blood, as both sections will be attacked with much greater force this time to please the fans of the saga.

The confirmation came from Lauren Hissrich, author and producer of the second season. Something, without a doubt, striking since the new episodes are based on the novel The Blood of the Elgos by Andrzej Sapkowski, which does not precisely shine for its number of creatures.

“The Blood of the Elves has almost no monsters,” Hissrich mentioned. “There aren’t too many, but we know from the games that people enjoy watching Geralt fight, so we continue to add more creatures in season two.”

The second season has a bigger budget than the first. In addition to the approach to the fighting, it will include a more linear narrative, with a story centred on all the main characters, including the new faces, and a darker tonality. You can enjoy it next December 17 on Netflix.

As for the video game, The Witcher 3 still does not have a confirmed date for its free update on new generation consoles, but it will come with new DLC inspired by the series, and they will not be exclusive to these platforms.
