Black Myth: Wukong still does not have a release date, but it is now official, that the series will become a trilogy.

Not so long ago a short gameplay of Black Myth: Wukong has appeared on the internet and the 13-minute video was more than enough to make us fall in love with the next project from Chinese studio Game Science. Since then the developers have been giving out little details, and now they are back with new concept images, influenced by Chinese mythology in the game. As the studio’s co-founder showed on ArtStation, Black Myth: Wukong is planning to give us fully nurtured scenarios and monsters in the purest Asian style.

Starting with the maps, the Game Science team shows that the adventure will take us through snowy lands at some point, but there will be no lack of the traditional temples of Chinese culture as well, Ruetir mentions. In addition, they have also published some supernatural creatures that collect various aspects of the mythology for its design. It can be both seen in the artistic style and in different details that adorn their armor and clothing.

Black Myth: Wukong still does not have a release date, but it is now official, that the series will become a trilogy. At the end of the day, and although the game has more than proved that it can enter the new generation of consoles, its world and characters will allow us to see that Game Science also knows how to leave graphics aside to focus on the vitality of its universe.
