The new Final Fantasy prequel action RPG from Team Ninja and Square Enix is about to be released.
Square Enix’s popular role-playing saga, Final Fantasy, is set to evoke the classic atmosphere of Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, with all the action Team Ninja, has become accustomed to. A new gameplay trailer was released at yesterday’s State of Play, showing our protagonists immersed in the fight against Chaos.
The game will be released next week on March 18, but you can do so now if you want to try it out!
Square Enix has announced a demo of the RPG, available now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. With the demo, you’ll be able to play through the first three stages of the game from the beginning to Western Keep.
You’ll also be able to try out the multiplayer mode, and, as with Babylon’s Fall, you’ll be able to save your progress to the base game by transferring your saved data to it, should you wish to purchase it. Team Ninja seems to be aware of the difficulty of their games…
However, don’t expect Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin to be quite as taxing. The action RPG will have different difficulty modes to suit every player’s level of challenge.
