Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Will be Released for the Previous Console Generation!

When was the last time we saw that a AAA game like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, which was released two and a half years after the start of the console generation, was later released for the previous generation consoles…? Oh, and the publisher is already hinting at sequels…

Electronic Arts announced during its first quarterly business report that on April 28 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, or PC on Steam, Epic Games Store and formerly known as Origin A previous generation port of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, released on EA App, is also being made, so the game will be brought to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2013, and we really rarely see something like this, since the two will be ten years old this year console, and Respawn Entertainment claimed that they left out older consoles to make the sequel a true current-gen experience.

Electronic Arts sees a lot of money in ports, because millions of players have already interacted with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, which has already spent more time with the audience than with the first part, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions do not have a release period, so it will be questionable how they will make the game work, which started in a ridiculous state on PC (and because of this, Respawn also used the apology.jpg tactic… ). Those with an RTX 4000 video card can also use the DLSS 3 mod, but this solution will not be feasible on the PS4/X1 pair!

And Andrew Wilson of Electronic Arts referred to the following games this way in the Disney franchise: “Of course I want to see more of the Jedi franchise, it’s an extraordinary game that tells us an extraordinary story – and of course, again, we might be a little biased, but based on the feedback we’ve received from our community and the quality of the product, we feel that this is one of the biggest releases in the Star Wars galaxy this year and will probably be a very important part of the galaxy for a long time to come. And certainly as we bring it to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, we think there’s going to be a little bit more of a push for the franchise.”

Since Disney also talked about great success with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the situation is not surprising.

Grabbing controllers since the middle of the nineties. Mostly he has no idea what he does - and he loves Diablo III. (Not.)
