Hazelight Studios’ next game will support Valve’s handheld PC at launch.

Hazelight Studios has also listed the accessibility features that will be available in Split Fiction for those who need extra help to make the game enjoyable and accessible. Subtitles with optional backgrounds; closed captioning; skippable checkpoints for sections where players may get stuck; toggleable option to replace button mash/analog stick spinning/stick wiggle prompts with more simplified inputs; adjustable damage modifiers to reduce the amount of damage enemies inflict on the player; persistent aim point; ability to swap left and right analog sticks; remappable input controls to allow for custom inputs; adjustable camera sensitivity.
“We have worked tirelessly to ensure that the game is optimized for launch, conducting hours of performance and compatibility testing to ensure that the game runs as smoothly as possible, even on PCs configured to the game’s minimum system requirements,” said Hazelight Studios, who also confirmed on Steam that the Steam Deck will fully support Josef Fares’ latest game.
Split Fiction will be released on March 6th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC. The game will require two players, just like It Takes Two.
